Encore Rouge is definitely a place i would recommend! Starting with Mel, the host, she was great and went through all of the menu items and she made sure the kitchen knew of my brother’s seafood allergy. Ashley, the bartender, was phenomenal! She made our drinks perfectly and they tasted sooo good. We came on a Friday afternoon (3:30-4ish) and it wasn’t that busy so we sat at the bar. We ordered the Uptown Fries and Cajun Trio Alfredo. Our food came out within 15 minutes and it was aesthetically pleasing and flavorful. The only thing that I would have to say is that it was on the greasier side but it tasted good nonetheless.

Went here on a whim and had a great experience! Taz was our bartender and explained the menu and how the ordering process works. She recommended the Trio entree and it did not disappoint. Chicken, sausage, shrimp, and Alfredo pasta!!! Yum yum! 😋 I enjoyed a refreshing Strawberry lemon drop cocktail, as recommended by our stellar bartender 🌟 Thank you to Taz for making our experience extra special 💗

I was in town for a conference and was excited to finally try this spot. I met my friend there for dinner. The ordering set up was confusing but nonetheless we ordered at the register. The waitress was extremely rude and had an attitude the whole time. They were out of party wings and salad. I ordered whole wings fried hard with lemon pepper. They were not fried hard nor did they have any flavor. My friend asked for hot sauce and never got it. I asked for water and never got it. The only thing that was good was the frozen lemon drop. My friend that frequents there was even disappointed last night.

First visit for me, I had heard of the food truck so I was excited to visit and well my food was pretty good. It's a quaint cozy set up with a full bar. There was throwback R & B playing in the background!!! I had the dirty nachos a dish that puts you in the mind of a bowl of "Rotel" with the pita chips separate for dipping. I do like that the chips and toppings were brought in separate dishes to avoid sogginess but the beef mixture was a bit bland. I could have used a little more something in there but I would order this dish again. My companion had the wings and loaded fries which got a thumbs up. No I was told to try a frozen Dulce cocktail that was excellent, I did and it was even though mine came out on the rocks instead of frozen but still quite tasty.

I had high hopes for this place based on reviews. They were busy the day went in. So we were expecting a great experience. The process of ordering the food threw me off, but we proceeded to order at the register and seat ourselves. It’s more a bar vibe than a restaurant. I ordered 2 of the trio pastas and it was served cold, not even warm. For the price and the 20min wait we were expecting our meals to be hot. However, the portion size was reasonable. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. If I ever go back it would be only for drinks.
